working group
small parties on small funds

introduction

This is a workshop which is aimed at people who want to learn how to make the greatest impact with the least resources. Many parties get lost in the sheer amount of work that should be done, but have only so few people to do it with. We encourage you to set priorities for your party, and develop strategies how to concentrate your efforts. The "Target to win" strategy will be presented. We will discuss with you how to attract members, and to get 'passive' members more involved (membership questionaire). Money is one of the central aspects, and fundraising possibilities will be briefly taught.
Visibility is a big problem for small Green Parties. We will give you tips
about how to get the media to take note of you (organising a stall).

Please bring materials your party has produced- stickers, posters, whatever!
